The introduction paragraph of the handbook was outdated, referencing old positioning (like AR/VR) and lacking our current focus. This PR updates the opening description to better align with MarsBased's current identity and engineering workflows. 🛠️ Changes made Prioritized AI-augmented development: Moved our AI focus to the forefront of the description, showcasing our use of tools like Claude Code. Maintained our core stack: Kept the explicit mention of Ruby on Rails, Python, and JavaScript to anchor our technical expertise. Added methodology: Integrated our Research, Plan, and Implement framework naturally into the text. Cleaned up old tech: Removed the reference to AR/VR, as it no longer reflects where the company is heading.
